GCN Recruiting was founded by Bruce Faulk, a talent acquisition leader and recruiter with more than two decades of experience building teams across AdTech, SaaS and technology.
Bruce began his career at Korn/Ferry International and went on to lead recruiting and talent acquisition from both sides of the table — inside growing technology companies and as an external search partner. His experience includes building the people function at LocalVox, leading Digital and SaaS recruiting initiatives at Experian, leading Talent Acquisition at GroundTruth, and most recently partnering with Permutive on U.S. commercial hiring across Sales, Account Management and Solutions Consulting.
That operating experience shapes how GCN works today: understand the business, know the market, know the talent, and give hiring leaders practical intelligence — not just résumés.
